Need urgent dental care but can’t afford treatment or don’t want to take a huge bite out of your finances?
We have partnered with Gem Visa (formally GE CareCredit) to bring you the DENTAL CARE NETWORK™ and Gem Visa Patient Payment Plan which is a flexible dentist payment plan and allows you to begin your treatment and pay for your dental expenses in instalments over an agreed time period.

- receiving the treatment you need, when you want it
- making convenient monthly payments
- providing patients with access to finance that can be used by the whole family for ongoing treatment without the need to reapply for Gem Visa and
- paying for elective treatment, ‘gap’ payments and treatment not covered by health insurance.
What’s involved?
All patients are able to apply for Gem Visa. They can complete an application and be assessed against GE Money’s lending criteria. It takes just three simple steps:
1. Ask your dentist if they offer Gem Visa Patient Payment Plan options.
2. Complete the short application (available at your dental practice).
3. Receive a decision, usually whilst you wait.

Types of Dentist Payment Plans
6 Months Interest Free on ANy Purchase over $250*
- You will receive 6 months interest free on any Gem Visa purchase over $250*
- An annual fee of $99*
- 22.99% for all purchases less than $250*
Long Term Interest Free Payment Plans
- Long term interest free payment plans available.
- No interest if the balance is paid of within the specified interest free period.
- Low minimum monthly payments of 3% of the total closing balance or $25 – whichever is greater. However, paying the minimum monthly payment will not pay out the loan before the end of the interest free period.
- Ability to make additional repayments or payments greater than the requested 3% minimum during the interest free period without penalties.
