What’s involved?
All patients are able to apply for CareCredit. They can complete an application and be assessed against GE Money’s lending criteria. It takes just three simple steps:
1. Ask your dentist about the DENTAL CARE NETWORK™ and CareCredit Patient Payment Plan options.
2. Complete the short application (available at your dental practice).
3. Receive a decision, usually whilst you wait.
Types of Dentist Payment Plans
Interest Free Plans
The types of payment interest free plans are:
- 3,6 & 12 month interest free plans
- monthly repayments of 3% of the total closing account balance or $40 (whichever is greater)
- no interest charged on amount financed during interest free period and
- revolving line of credit can be used for subsequent treatments.
Extended Payment Plans
Benefits of the extended payment plans include:
- total treatment cost paid in equal repayments over 24, 36 or 48 months.
- 12.9% annual percentage rate during extended payment period and
- the Estimated Payment Calculator can be used to easily view your repayment options.
