Dr David Moffet B.D.S (Principal Dentist)
Dr Nahid Sayma (Associate Dentist)
Dr Nahid Sayma graduated in 1992 .She then travelled and worked in various countries in Africa and Bangladesh. She practiced in the Blue Mountains area for many years and travelled to rural Australia to educate children in oral health. Dr Sayma also completed her Post Graduate Degree in public health from the University of Sydney.
As a mother, Dr Sayma is very passionate about children and dentistry. During her time at Active dental, she has established herself as a warm, kind and gentle family dentist. She is the sole practitioner at the Victoria Road branch of Active Dental. Patients love to come back to see her, because of her genuine caring nature and the pain free dentistry she provides.
Dr Jad Clarke B.D.S (Associate Dentist)
Dr Jad Clarke graduated from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2001. Upon completing his studies, he practiced in a private dental surgery in the Illawarra District for 5 years, where he treated patients ranging from infants through to the elderly in all aspects of general dentistry.
As Dr Clarke has an interest in cosmetic dental procedures, he relocated to Dr Moffet’s Active Dental in Parramatta, a renowned cosmetic dental practice, to pursue this area of dentistry, along with continuing to provide a broad range of dental treatments.
Dr Clarke is known for his easygoing nature and excellent communication skills. These qualities enable him to treat all types of patients, including the anxious and very young, where he gets great satisfaction in connecting with the patient and helping them feel at ease in the sometimes-stressful environment. His commitment is to achieving the goals of the patient, from preventive treatments through to creating lasting smiles.

Dr Simon Briggs
After graduating with his BDS in 1997, Dr Briggs worked in the Maxillo Facial department of three prominent hospitals in London and Wales. He returned to Sydney with his Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons (FDS RCS) London, and began teaching and working at Westmead Hospital, Sydney.
Dr Briggs obtained his Diploma of Clinical Dentistry in Intravenous Sedation and Pain Control in 2000 and began servicing several practices in the Sydney area with Oral Surgery, Intravenous Sedation and dental implants.
Now with over 10 years experience in the field, Simon services over 35 practices in and around Sydney.
Dr Briggs has completed multiple courses internationally and domestically in bone grafting, oral implantology, Advanced Life Support and Intravenous Sedation.
Simon enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, collecting wine and playing soccer and tennis.

Sunny Foster
Sunny has always had a passion and keen interest in Dental health, which lead her to start her dental career the same day she finished her HSC.
Sunny worked as a dental assistant for 5 years until she graduated from the College of Dental Therapy with a Diploma in Dental Therapy in 2005. She then continued her studies in Adelaide achieving an Advanced Diploma in Oral Health (Dental Hygiene) in 2006.
Sunny joined the team of Active Dental in December 2005 and has been actively helping patients maintain the quality of their teeth through good oral hygiene practices.
She is keen to educate patients on the effects oral hygiene has on their overall health.
Sunny finds great reward from her career when helping her patients achieve healthy mouths after they have experienced gum disease.
Sunny’s gentle chair side manner has made her very popular with the patients at Active Dental.
