Dentist profiles
Dr Craig Duval (Practice Principal)
Dr Craig Duval was born in Durban, South Africa and migrated to Melbourne before settling in Brisbane in 1983. He studied at the University of Queensland to complete a five year Bachelor of Dental Science degree in 1994.
Dr Duval established Designer Dental Studio in March 2000, when it was known as Calamvale Dental Centre. As he furthered his education, the practice has grown significantly. Craig regularly attends continuing education courses throughout Australia and the United States, and his team often travels with him.
Craig is passionate about all aspects of cosmetic dentistry, and enjoys helping his patients to look and feel their best! He is one of only four dentists in Australia to have passed his examinations towards accreditation with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Craig is currently completing his Masters in Neuromuscular Dentistry, with frequent visits to the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI).
Craig was recently presented with the Las Vegas Institute inaugural Rising Star Award for Outstanding Commitment to Education in August 2007.
Dr Debraj Chakraborty
Dr. Debraj Chakraborty is originally from Calcutta, India where he began practicing general dentistry after graduating from dental school, and has more than six years of experience in general dentistry.
He has also passed the New Zealand Dental Council registration examinations conducted in 2009 and has recently moved to Brisbane from Auckland, New Zealand.
Debraj lives with his wife Tanya and four year old son and enjoys cricket, soccer, movies, food and travelling.
