Dr Barry Patel BDS, BSc, LDS. (Principal dentist)
Barry Patel graduated from University of Otago in New Zealand 1978, and has since being practicing in Australia for 30 years.
In 2001, Dr Barry Patel founded one of Melbourne’s only 365-day dental surgeries the All Day Everyday Dental Emergency Clinic. With outstanding commitment and service to each and every patient, many colleagues around Victoria continue to support Dr Patel in his venture to provide a primary care service to the community.
Dr Patel has always believed in continual education, and is a graduate of the Orthodontic POS program; he is also a lifelong student of The Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education (Florida U.S.A.) a world – renowned facility of restorative dental education dedicated to the principle of lifelong dental health and tooth preservation.
With his interests primarily in implantology, Barry consistently travels to Misch Institute (affiliate with Temple University) Michigan U.S.A. to learn from the world’s most renowned dentist in implantology - Professor Carl E. Misch. Barry, a member of the ICOI – International Congress of Oral Implantologists, aims on obtaining his diplomat status with the ICOI, the world’s largest dental implant organisation.
When not in the practice, Barry loves spending time with his family, keeping fit and enjoying great food and wine.
