Tracey hadn’t been to a dentist for over 15 years. She presented with missing, decayed and broken teeth and poor oral hygiene.
Tracey’s main concern was her “uneven, discoloured and decaying teeth”.
Treatment Provided
Digital Panoramic Radiograph
On initial consultation a Digital Panoramic X-ray was taken. This enables dentists and their patients to get a complete, detailed picture of what treatment is required.
Crowns
To help rebuild her heavily broken down teeth
Veneers
Thin shells of porcelain were custom made to fit on the front of Tracy’s natural teeth to restore the natural colour and shape of her tooth.
Gum lift
To give her an overall balanced smile, gum lifts were performed in this region.
Denture
To replace her missing teeth in the upper arch, an immediate partial acrylic denture was fabricated. Root extractions were performed.
Preventative care (Dental prophylaxis)
Deep scaling and polishing to remove the buildup of heavy plaque (also known as calculus and tartar) and staining on Tracey’s teeth, helping prevent cavities, further tooth loss and gum disease.
Teeth whitening
All teeth in the lower arch and upper arch were whitened with ZOOM whitening using ‘power swabs’ (which improve the whitening effect and reduce sensitivity).
RESULTS – A beautiful restored healthy smile.

Johns’ main concerns were his bleeding gums, discoloured teeth and the large very visible gap on the right side of his mouth.
Treatment Provided
Photos and Radiographic records
Photos and radiographic records were taken to allow accurate assessment of the existing dentition (development and arrangement of teeth in his mouth) and to give John a visual view of the treatment needed.
Preventative care (Dental prophylaxis)
Deep scaling and polishing to remove the buildup of heavy plaque (also known as calculus and tartar) and staining on John’s teeth, helping prevent cavities, further tooth loss and gum disease.
Oral hygiene routine
Cariscreen and caries free rinse program. Custom trays of GC tooth mousse were created for home use, which will help prevent tooth decay (that can lead to cavities, pain, tooth loss and infection) and minimise intrinsic staining (white specs on teeth).
Bridge
John was given a new 4 unit bridge to close the visible gap on the right side of his mouth. The material used has a zirconia framework which greatly increases strength whilst also providing optimum aesthetics. The dental bridge was used to replace John’s missing teeth and was fixed into his mouth via adjoining crowns. A custom shade is taken of the teeth to allow the crowns and bridges to be matched creating a natural looking smile.
Teeth whitening
BriteSmile whitening of John’s teeth to perfectly match the custom crown and bridge work performed. Custom trays were also made to give John a take home whitening maintenance program to help sustain his whiter smile.
RESULTS – A younger, healthier, whiter smile.
